Concept & Inspiration
For a program with this level of political and artistic weight, Director Hoàng Công Cường's brief called for a balance between the gravitas of a national anniversary event and a contemporary, layered artistic language. Look Concept took that direction and built it into a concrete spatial solution. Rather than relying on elaborate physical set pieces, Look designed the stage around large LED blocks, arranged to hold their ground and build maximum depth. This kept the space clean and focused, leaving full control to the visual performance and lighting effects that followed. The restraint here was deliberate: stripping back decorative detail let the LED panels and lighting carry the visual language, matching the formal weight of a national commemorative program.
Sketch
The sketch set the basic layout before moving into 3D: three large screen-style backdrop panels, with the center panel folded to build depth and two straight panels framing either side. The performance area was split across multiple levels, with the main platform connected to a secondary platform on the right by stairs and a walkway, giving hosts and performers a clear point of movement. The level changes and walkway placement worked out at the sketch stage became the basis for calculating exact LED and lighting placement in the 3D phase that followed.

3D Design
Starting from the initial sketch, Look Concept built out 3D renders to verify the proportions of the LED blocks, spatial depth, and sightlines from the audience before moving to construction. The renders served as the final check on layout and lighting, confirming everything would hold up under actual performance conditions.

Real Photos
The finished stage under full lighting matched what had been calculated on paper: the LED blocks and spatial depth became a solid foundation for the lighting design and performances that followed. That match between 3D design and final build reflects tight execution control, especially critical for a large-scale program with no room to adjust once it's live.
